What is AndreaMag relax?

AndreaMag relax is a food supplement containing 300mg magnesium (12.3mmol).

When will AndreaMag relax be applied?

AndreaMag relax can be taken to prevent a magnesium deficiency.
Magnesium is a vital mineral that the body cannot produce itself. In case of a deficiency, calf cramps can occur. A lack of fluids and an imbalance in the electrolyte balance are often the cause of these cramps. A lack of salts, such as magnesium or sodium, leads to a disturbed excitability of the muscle fibres and thus to uncontrollable cramps. This happens when there is a magnesium deficiency.
Magnesium deficiency can be caused by a wrong or one-sided diet, by diabetes mellitus, by intestinal and kidney diseases and by alcohol abuse. Magnesium deficiency can also occur during pregnancy.

How does AndreaMag relax work?

• Magnesium contributes to normal muscle and nervous system function.
• It contributes to electrolyte balance and normal energy metabolism.
• Magnesium contributes to the reduction of fatigue and tiredness and to normal mental function.
• Magnesium also contributes to the preservation of normal bones and teeth.

How often is AndreaMag relax used?

Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet daily in a glass of water (2dl).

Dissolving the effervescent tablet causes gas bubbles (carbon dioxide*) to bubble up. If you do not tolerate carbonic acid well, you can leave the magnesium solution to stand until the gas bubbles have disappeared. This process can be accelerated by stirring the solution with a spoon.

The 2dl magnesium solution can also be drunk in sips throughout the day.

*By neutralising the citric acid with sodium hydrogen carbonate (baking powder) in water, the gas carbon dioxide is produced (no vapours!). In the vernacular, however, one speaks of carbonic acid.
